I am Principal Solutions Engineer in Enterprise Agility at Atlassian, where I help organizations reach better outcomes and unleash the potential of every team.

Over the last 20 years, I have helped transform how people work at companies such as Walmart, GEICO, Capital One and more.

I was one of the Delivery Management track founders for the International Consortium of Agile, which included me defining and detailing learning objectives in areas of Agile Project and Delivery Management and Delivery at Scale. I am the author of Metrics Cookbook and Zombie Project Management. With over 600 articles posted, I write about improving things and less about controlling and managing them.
