I would describe myself as a different type of project leader. I no longer just manage resources; I lead people. I inspire and I empower.

I’ve helped start-ups, private corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies for the last 15 years. As a certified PMP® (Project Management Professional) through the Project Management Institute and a certified Agile ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance, I identify the customer’s needs and wants and then propose the best approach to deliver value and meet their goals. I am a proud signatory of the Agile Manifesto and a member of the PMI Agile Community of Practice. In the Washington D.C. area, I am a member of the Agile Project Leadership Network and Agile Influencers of D.C. Check me out on YouTube, from the AtTask WorkOut2011 Conference.
Go, give a speech. Go, start a blog. Go, ship that thing that you’ve been hiding. Begin, begin, begin and then improve. Being a novice is way overrated. – Seth Godin
