I am an Enterprise Agile Coach at LeadingAgile. I am the voice behind The Critical Path blog and author of Zombie Project Management (KDP 2011). Over the last 25 years, I’ve been a U.S. Marine, Start-Up Founder, Project Manager, and Federal Government Project Management Office (PMO) Advisor helping start-ups, private corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies. As a Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) through the Project Management Institute and both a Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner through the Scrum Alliance, I seek to identify customer needs and wants and then propose the best approach to deliver value and meet their goals.
